Our Care Services
Enhancing Independence & Wellness
At Brentwood at Elkhart, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Short-Term Respite Care
Temporary care is available for residents who may need assistance after a hospital or rehab stay, or when caregivers plan a vacation or just need some time to relax and recharge. You will receive all of the amenities and care that you need, but for a shorter, predetermined length of stay.

Life Enrichment
Our Life Enrichment Programming puts your passions front and center! Crafted around resident input, it ensures the well-being of our residents by addressing the mind, body, and soul.
Through weekly outings to local restaurants, shopping trips, and outdoor activities, residents cultivate meaningful relationships while staying connected to the local community of Elkhart. Today, we introduce Jeanie, our amazing Director of Nursing! With over a decade of service at Brentwood, Jeanie has made significant impact on the lives of our residents and their families. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her two children Mitch and Sarah and her dogs Moxie and Neumann. Jeanie is well regarded for her compassionate care and warm personality. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication and positive influence she brings to our community!
